Spanish to English translations [PRO]
Spanish term or phrase:tolva de molturacion
depositos de acero inoxidable mas 10 depositos autovinificadores y tolva de molturacion de uva- wine making
Explanation: These have been found in the web. The process consists of separating the grapes from the stems and putting them into the vat, where they are gently squeezed with a rubber roller to obtain the "mosto". This is before fermentation.

Explanation: A tolva is usally translated as a hopper, and, as the Eurodicautom says, it is "the portion of a grape mill, usually in the form of a large funnel, into which the grapes are thrown and which feeds them to the crushing mechanism", which I have confirmed by visiting several sites. The crushing mechanism can be called (grape) crusher, or crusher-stemmer (if it destems as well). So, you have the "hopper of the crusher". As I only found crushing vat to do with the old foot method, and didn't find "tolva de molturación" at all, I suggest you ask the client exactly what they're talking about here.
