The text did have a lot of typos (real estate guys seem to suffer premature dyslexia, maybe from the fine print), but considering the other kitsch ideas in the text, I'll say bag as well.

Explanation:
According to Harrap's bolda (o) is translated to English as boldo - I went searching for boldo in English and according to Eurodicautom it's a clilean evergreen vegetation with sweet edible fruits.

Explanation:
Loosely, "If you want a place to store your wine, install a sufficiently deep shelf over the kitchen door." -- "Shelf" makes more sense than "bag," but one never knows. Is there more context?

PS -- The Spanish word for "wine rack" or "bottle rack" is "botellero" (according to Simon & Schuster); the fact that your sentence uses "botellera" suggests that some of its other words might be non-standard, too...
