Spanish term or phrase: jamoncillo

¿Ayuda?

Gracias.

English translation:jamoncillo
Explanation:

The fact that anyone not from Mexico would have no idea of what it is is exactly the same situation with Spanish speakers from the rest of Spanish speaking countries, so this is probably not a reason good enough to reject this proposal; everyone except Mexicans will not know what it is, but everyone can find out!

as far as keeping the tone, anyone who remembers their favourite candy from childhood just has to hear the name to go into reveries.

not the Spanish name as non-Mexicans would not know what it was but an equivalent and fudge is well known
