Se han caracterizado diversos tipos de intercambio interdisciplinario organizados en torno a imaginarios compartidos, metaforizados como: auditoría, sostén, juego y trabajo hormiga. Aunque en la práctica de cada uno de estos equipos predomina alguna de estas modalidades, en la tarea asistencial coexisten diferentes modos de imaginarizarla.
