agree  AllegroTrans: 100% right idea but I would call them "servitudes" as easements (common law) are not identical to servitudes (civil code law)

agree  TomWalker: Chris, you may be right technically, but, in the U.S. at least, most municipalities use the term "easement" for provisions for emergency vehicle access, not "servitude."
