heat index

Explanation:
Just a guess, but it is the term that the weathermen use to describe the difference between the real temperature and what it actually feels like or could potentially do to one's health. High humidity is a major cause of this. Conversely, in winter, high humidity and/or strong winds can result in a chill index much more severe and potentially harmful than the actual temperature on the thermometer. Hope it helps.

senasation of heat OR thermal sensation

Explanation:
Thermal is the correct adj, not thermic

I would say 'heat sensation' or 'sensation of heat' if you're referring to people in the street

Otherwise, and if you want to be more formal (i.e. not specifically related to people), 'thermal sensation'

COMFORT ZONE

Explanation:
My anwer in English:

The translation for sensación térmica es "COMFORT ZONE". This is also what you hear when you watch or listen to the news and they give information about the weather, temperature, humidity and COMFORT ZONE.

My answer in Spanish:

La traducción correcta para sensación térmica es "COMFORT ZONE". Así se le llama también a la sensación térmica por parte de meteorólogos cuando dan su informe del tiempo , por ejemplo, en las noticias diarias por radio o television. Los términos usados son:COMFORT ZONE, temperatura, humedad, vientos, etc.
