Tittle of a paper:
Names of farms in Basque last names??
or
Oiconimos (names of farms) in Basque last names
Oiconimos (farm names) in Basque last names
Mikel
oikonymic OR farm-based surname
Explanation:
This is just an extension to the last response. You would need to put "ic" on the end, for parallelism with similar words such as "patronymic", which is a last name based on the father's name (Petersen in Scandinavian, González (son of Gonzalo) in Spanish, etc.)

I can tell you straight out, however, that not one English reader in a million will have the slightest idea what "oikonym" or "oikonymic" means. Even in Spanish I suspect it as extremely recondite word. It would probably be better to give a brief explanation, such as "farm-based surname" or "surname based a farm name".

Good luck!

house name (oikonym)

Explanation:
Hola. From the Greek oikos: house. Same ending as synonym, homonym etc. One link (Finnish!), they don't seem to talk much about it out there. Cheers :-)
