Spanish term or phrase: high resolution liquid chromatography sentence
Could someone please help with several points in the following:

Thank you.

English translation:reverse-phase column
Explanation:
I believe the previously indicated order is correct: C18 Kromasil 100 reverse-phase column

Yes, it is a mu. If I recall correctly, this is an indication of the packing size. HPLC is used to assay the amount of a particular chemical in a solution, so the packing must be extremely fine.

acetic acid-acetonitrile
This is the mixture used for the mobile phase. In HPLC, there are two phases: a stationary phase and a mobile phase. The mobile phase is generally decided on the basis of which chemical(s) is being assayed. Each chemical takes a different amount of time to elute and that's how the amount is determined.

caudal volumétrico is translated "flow rate".

1. Yes, its a reverse-phase column 2. missing character

Explanation:
is NOT likely to be MU, more like mm. (Do you have any idea how small MU is?) 3. a mixture of 1% ascetic acid in acetonitryl (acid should be the smaller quantity). 4. caudal volumetrico is volumetric flow.

See links for 'reverse phase chromatography columns':

http://www.metabase.net/docs/earth/22506.html

C18 Kromasil 100 seems to be a brand of 'preparative columns'. Here's a Web link:
http://www.richardscientific.com/pricelist/preparative.html

(note the reverse numbers, the Web site lists Kromasil 100-C18)

So you were right!
Kromasil 100-C18 reverse-phase column

ácido acético-acetonitrilo seems to be two substances, see links for examples:

http://www.analytical-standards.com/region/de/methods/165460...

http://www.proteometrics.com/contam/esideter.htm

I'd go for acetic acid/acetonitrile, judging from the Web results
