Unit Operator Course

I would have to agree with Maria. Curso is not an adjective in Spanish, only a noun. This does seem like a training program of some kind. However, one does see the phrase "en curso" once in a awhile. Año o mes en curso which would translate as "current month/year." It sounds rather strange but it could mean "Current Unit Operator."
