Cual sería la mejor forma de traducir "desprendimiento" en este contexto?

"La “teoría crítica”, dentro de una sociología “humanístico-filosófica”, critica el capitalismo y sus desprendimientos de diverso orden."

Me suena raro "detachments" aquí. Qué sería mejor? derivatives? consequences? or what???

Me parece que te refieres al concepto de "déconnexion" como lo usa Samir Amin. Se ha traducido al español como “desprendimiento” y al inglés como “delinking “o “de-linking.” Como ejemplo: su “La déconnexion, pour sortir du système mondial” se tradujo al inglés como “Delinking: towards a polycentric world”. "De-linking" me parece de mayor vigencia y claridad para angloparlantes.
Pero valdría recibir un poco más de contexto porque dentro de la teoría critica se desarolló latinoamericana una vertiente alternativa más radicalizada que conlleva un desprendimiento epistémico. Esta dirección propuesta por pensadores como Walter Mingolo, Nelson Maldonado-Torres indica una ruptura mas allá de un simple desprendimiento. No creo que se haya traducido aun esta última veriente con una palabra diferente a “de-linking” pero me parece que va siendo necesario crear uno nuevo. Estás “haciendo caminos” cn tu traducción. ¡Éxito en tu trabajo!
