En una investigación previa entre ''cárcel'' y ''prisión'', se encontró que dicho departamento usa "instituto correccional". Entiendo que lo usan para ofrecer un enfoque distinto y no cargar con el peso que presentan los términos ''cárcel'' y ''prisión''.
