A menudo, el término preconizar se utiliza como sinónimo de "proclamar" (incorrectamente aunque una de sus acepciones tiene que ver con realizar nombramientos). Para mi este es uno de los casos, por cuanto me parece que el texto está hablando de una teoría que algunos tratan de sostener y que tu texto no da por bueno.

Para mi, si pudieras ver la manera de cargarte el "existence" en inglés mejor.

De hecho, cuanto mayor sea el contenido supérfluo de la frase que puedas suprimir, mejor. En inglés no se estilan ni muchísimo menos, frases tan largas (larguísima diría yo, puesto que de hecho ni siquiera sabemos dónde arranca). A simple vista, no veo fácil dividirla en varias frases y de ahí la recomendación de "meter la tijera".
