Spanish term or phrase: carrera
Help! One of the programs you can use for a swimming exercise is called "carrera".
Others are "balanced activity, toning, cardio, fat burning, etc" I assumed this one was to train for racing. However, when you read the description, it has nothing to do with racing!

Context:

Los programas de carrera están pensados para realizarlos con materiales que aumenten la flotación del usuario como por ejemplo, cinturones de flotación o churros. Estos elementos favorecen mucho el trabajo del usuario. En caso de que se pretenda aumentar la intensidad de los mismos, se realizarán con menor ayuda de estos elementos de flotación llegando a eliminarlos de la actividad.
El objetivo fundamental de estas tareas es el trabajo cardiovascular así como la pérdida de grasa corporal. Para personas con movilidad reducida, estos ejercicios los podrán hacer alejándose ligeramente del SWIMTRAINER.
Además de carrera, este programa de carrera nos ofrece una segunda alternativa de trabajo. Esta otra opción es el nado en vertical. Sentado sobre algún material que facilite la flotación (tabla, pullboy, churro o utilizando cinturón de flotación), realizar el nado en dicha posición. Este nado puede hacerse, al igual que en el nado, mediante movimientos alternativos o simultáneos de brazos.
