Hola, here's the beaut: "La determinación de las cargas de amarre sobre las diferentes líneas y defensas, ya se trate de solicitaciones despegantes o aconchantes, así como la verificación del recorrido de los diferentes ganchos de escape rápido y del trazado de las líneas de amarre en las diferentes configuraciones del buque". Can someone explain to me what's "solicitación" in this context. Thanks heaps :-)Paul

la primera la tengo clara, pero la segunda casi la tuve que adivinar. Aconcharse = to run aground (Diccionario para Ingenieros de Louis Robb).
