By using web capabilities, it may include colors, bold type and different sizes". I am not sure that the word "pleno" makes sense. I am not sure if it is a typo for "plano". In that case, sentence should be translated as "Evidently, plain text is not at all attractive but Web capabilities allow the use of colors, bold type and different sizes"...
