El mapa del sitio puede ser tanto para su control como para convertir el archivo BMP en JPG, luego realizar un mapa de imagen y plantarlo en algun sector del sitio.

English translation:"...as much as for...as for..., and then..."
Explanation:
También puedes escribir: "so much as for...as for...".
"..., and then..." salud :)

Explanation:
afterwards you can make an image map and put it in one sector of the site".

I am sure of the translation of "tanto..como...luego", the rest, please put it according to your glossary for the project.

Good luck,

"The site map can be used to manage the site.... [continued]

Explanation:
...and also to convert .BMP files into .JPG files, and then to create a map of the image and store it in any area on the site."

Some background: both .BMP (bitmapped) and .JPG (J-PEG) files -- note the leading periods, which indicate that these abbreviations are used as extensions to the file name -- are image files (that is, files that contain graphic images). Bitmapped image files are far less advanced, technically and technologically speaking, than J-PEG files, which are the current standard for photos, drawings, etc. on the World Wide Web. What's happening here is that the site map performs the conversion of graphic images from bitmaps to J-PEG images. In a second step, the site map makes a map of the converted image, and in a third step, stores that map within the web site, in any area designated by the user.

Cheers, HC
