Two final dudas in a survey about mobile phones. Deadlining today.
Some phones will have games: "juegos incorporados/encastrados" (the latter term)

due to his/her age

Explanation:
As far as I understand the context it is saying that the person surveyed had to conclude or end his/her survey due to his/her age (maybe only a certaing age group is intended for this survey).

Another example: el hombre no pudo cumplir con el trabajo por su enfermedad [the man could not finish the work due to his illness]

Good luck!

(rough guess:)

Explanation:
"The survey participant should complete the form by indicating his [or her] age group."

(Presumably this instruction is followed by the usual demographic age-range breakdown...)

Hope this helps,
HC

look below - encastrado = to fit

Explanation:
I believe that "encastrado" means "to fit" as in to fit the incorporated game into the particular phone. Some phones will only hold certain memory for games.

As to the second one, I would use "by age".

Good Luck!
