Explanation: 12.1 The buyer shall provide an advance notice with 20 (Days) calendar days anticipation to the estimated date of arrival of the Vessel at the loading port. The Buyer shall inform the Seller of the vessel nominated through the advance notice made in writing (via facsimile or telex)...
They aren't requesting the vessel's name only, but a 20 day advance notice to the date that it supposedly arrives to the port at which it will load and the vessel that has been nominated for such loading... this is, the ship name, owner, and other identifying information... This is common commercial/legal marine terminology.
