The sentence goes like this:
Los niveles ceraunico de la zona donde esta localizada la central, consituye otro factor generador de riesgo. para el caso de la cnetral de Calima como equipo electronico susceptible a un dano por un evento de caida de rayo tan solo se tine la R.T.U. y equipos de comunicaciones y algunos computadores P.C, sistemas estos que cuentan con las medidas de proteccion del caso.
This is a translation about a hydroelectric power station in Colombia and this section talks about fire risks.
Ceraunico has me baffled! R.T.U. is also a problem!Any help would be appreciated.

Por muchas décadas, el parámetro universalmente aceptado para caracterizar la actividad eléctrica amosférica de una región ha sido el Nivel Ceráunico, definido como el número de días del año en que por lo menos es oido un trueno".
En cuanto a R.T.U., son siglas inglesas que se usan en español para la Unidad de Terminal Remota.
