Spanish to English translations [PRO] Tech/Engineering
Spanish term or phrase:pico transitorio
Electriity, related to overvoltages-surge peaks or something similar
I used to be an electrician (in a previous incarnation) and would just confirm that both my colleagues are right.
Transient peaks tends to get used when talking about the phenomenon itself and transient spikes when referring to diagrams or graphics produced during diagnostics. Hope this helps you decide which is appropriate in context.
