English translation:axial feet &c.
Explanation:
los semiejes tienes un corte diametral que da lugar a la formación de dos patas axialesrematadas en punta de arpón, quedando situadas por salto elástico al otro lado de la pared del soporte central.

The semi-axes are diametrically cut so as to form two axial feet with harpoon-point(ed) ends/bases, located ....on the other side of the central wall support (....which /through an /by/ elastic rebound are located...).

Without more context, the 'salto elastico' is difficult. In an Italian page I saw this juxtaposed with 'bungee jumping' so perhaps it a kind of rebounding mechanism.

Hope this is of some help.

Explanation:

My best guess here is:

-AXIAL FEET

or

-AXIAL FOOT MOUNTING

Example:

...Improved piston seal and rod seal greatly improve the unit's life. Rubber bumpers are standard. The CM2 is available in 12 MOUNTING STYLES (basic, AXIAL FOOT, rod side or head side flange, single or double clevis, head side or rod side trunnion, integrated clevis, boss-cut basic, flange, or trunnion) as well as spring return or spring extend models.

Explanation:
It's better to translate the complete paragraph, to get a better idea of it:
'The half axles are diametral sectioned , resulting in two axial spear-pointed-tips stubs, located on the other side of the center support wall, thru rubber hoods.
Luck!
