articulated trains OR articulated "boa" trains

Explanation:
I would use "articulated trains" (if it fits your CONTEXT) and/or use "boa" in italics or quotes.

SEE:
Trains of the 21st century
As for tilting trains, these have been running with varying degrees of success for some years, with Sweden's Talgo system probably being best known. Tilting is only effective with an ARTICULATED TRAIN WHERE ADJACENT CARS SHARE A SINGLE BOGIE. A sensor mounted on the locomotive or the leading coach provides signals to actuators on each bogie, timed to the point at which that bogie enters the curve. The actuators tilt the train into the curve, to counter the track's banking effect.

Through its modular low-platform system, the possibility of double-deck coaches and diesel/electric drive variants, this highly innovative ARTICULATED TRAIN allows diverse combinations and can therefore be utilized universally to overcome regional railway traffic problems.
