cathodic portection by impressed current.
Explanation:
Impresa is defined by a spanish dictioanry as :mpreso, -a
I. Del lat. impressus < imprimere = imprimir.
1. (participio pasivo irregular). de imprimir.
2. (sustantivo masculino). Libro, folleto, hoja impresa.
3. (sustantivo masculino). Instancia o formulario.

Now in english you have to say "impressed current". When you pass current over something it is called " impressed current". IT IS A CURRENT THAT IS IMPOSED ON SOMETHING.There is some mistake in this spanish word used as " impresa" but it surely means impressed current. I am enginerr by profession.

"impressed current" is OK -See below and ref.URL

Explanation:
Cathodic protection (CP-) systems offer additional survey and control opportunities to tackle corrosive effects. These CP-systems can contain various instruments e.g. anode beds (with impressed current), sacrificial anodes and drainages. Moreover, traction systems (train and tram) can induce dangerous stray currents that may interfere with the CP-system.

Explanation:
I agree with the above explanations, but "impresa" is a mistake in Spanish and shouldn't be transferred to another language. I would say this is the answer. I hope it helps.
