Spanish term or phrase: audiofilo nivel uno
it's the name of a course being studied by a student at a school of sound. We wouldn't say 'Audiofile', but it wouldn't be 'Science of Audio' either, would it?
Joel Magarey
audiophile, Level 1
Explanation:
Here, the -filo suffix is from the Greek ("philos"): loosely translated, "one who is fond of...," as "bibliophile" = "book-lover."

The course appears to be an introduction to the appreciation of recorded and/or electronically conveyed music and speech. The course title in an American university might be "Introduction to Audio Appreciation" or "Audio appreciation 101..."

Cheers,
HC
