Spanish term or phrase: tajadera de entrada
Está formado por un recipiente con fondo inclinado de forma que las piezas colocadas en su interior ruedan hacia el mecanismo de carga... El mecanismo conta de dos cuchillas accionadas por un cilindro hidraulico las cuales suben las piezas a la primera estación...

incoming cutter / cutter for incoming material
Explanation:
In full, "It consists of a container with a base that is angled, so that the parts placed in it roll toward the loading mechanism... The mechanism has two blades, actuated by a hydraulic cylinder, that lift the parts to the first station..."

Here, it does seem that the blades in question are doing the lifting, and that the cutting is done by one or more other blades, after the parts are lifted to the first station.

Note: "angled base" would be more succinct, but would imply that the parts are placed in the base, rather than in the container (which could also be described in English as a "hopper").

Hope this helps!

loading cutter, or, cutter loader

Explanation:
I think we need to know a little more about the process and what is going on here.
But, if this is metal processing, "Tajadera" is usually either a hot or cold chisel, or what you cut on - an anvil hardy or chopping block.
The reference to "cuchillas" suggests that here it's what is cut on, although they may simply be blades for moving the material rather than cutting it - it is referred to as "piezas" in the plural.

Cutter is fairly neutral in this context.

From the description of the element, it seems to be a charging or loading unit.

Does this rambling help??
