Spanish term or phrase: placa de transporte
Regarding DSLAM equipment:

"(los equipos DSLAM) deberán poder ser conectados en estrella desde el nodo principal. Se entiende que será preciso instalar en el nuevo nodo la placa de transporte y/o la controladora principal."

I thought it might be "transport board" but couldn't find anything to confirm or refute this. Can anyone help? Thanks!

After posting the question, I realized the client had used "placa de línea" later on for what in other cases had been called a "tarjeta de línea", so I checked on "transport card" and did find a few references that look plausible. While I think that's probably the term, I will check with the client and suggest yours as another possibility and let them decide. Thanks for your help!
