1) A 2000-amp, 3-wire (hot, neutral, and ground), 40 KVA* main panel
2) A connection equipped with a circuit-breaker (in English, the term "breaker" alone is also acceptable)
3) Output circuits

*NOTE: The source text contains a typographical error: "KA" ["kiloAmps" (sic)], which should be "KVA," which stands for "kilovoltAmps."
