doffing gun Explanation: Sounds like a Spanglish version... doffing is usually "extracción," as far as I know. Anyway, here's a ref. Doffing Guns These particular guns are used only in the doffing process. These are designed for installation at one air connection, and this blows the waste yarn into a mesh bag (attached to one end of the gun) for easy disposal.
