Spanish term or phrase: cargos festeros
I'm having trouble finding a suitable term for this (must be a proper noun). Below is an example of its use (this is not the text I'm working on):

Explanation:
within the Moros y Cristianos (Moors and Christians) there are several groups called "peñas", the members are called "festeros", and each year they select one of the festeros to be the "festero" in charge. Cargo Festero. does this help you?

Example sentence(s):
  • cargos festeros
  • festive group member in charge

A more or less literal translation would do here, IMO. Unless you want to use quotation marks and say "cargos festeros" "festival group leaders" "festival positions" "festival leading roles" or something on that line.

Bona sort!

agree  Juan Rodriguez: I believe the closest translation would be "festival positions", it considers not only the role during the festival, but also the responsabilities during the whole year.
