Spanish term or phrase: embocado (wine terminology)
...fondillón - el secular vino rancio embocado de Alicante - y los tintos recios y densos...

This is a very particular kind of translation, as the literal meaning of 'embocado' doesn't make sense, unless it refers to the Chianti-like basketwork in which some wines are packaged.


Note that I will not be translating the word 'fondillón'.

I would also like suggestions for the other wine-descriptive adjectives. Thanks.
