neutral  Brigitte Gaudin: Vous m'excuserez, mais je suis dure en matière d'orthographe. Donc, Monsieur (M.) en français et non Mister (Mr.). Cela dit, dans ce cas, je pense aussi que Monsieur suffit.

Explanation:
Lic. = Licenciado.... en España la licenciatura es equivalente de Maitrise, mientras "licencié" es equivalente al diplomado... ademas hay diferencias entre America Latina y España. En España soy Licenciada en Literatura Espanola, en France je suis Titulaire de Maitrise...y en America Latina a veces le dicen Licenciado a cualquiera que hizo algo mas despues del bachiller, es mas titulo de honor como DON. Depende de donde proviene el texto....

disagree  Julieta Bertotti: En Argentina, para ser licenciado/a debe hacer una carrera universitaria de entre 4 años y medio a 6 años y defender una tesis al final de la carrera. Disculpe, pero no es "a cualquiera que hizo algo después del bachiller".
