Hi everyone,

I need to translate a manual about cooking instrument and I am not sure how to translate "cobertura de caramelo". I don't think it is "enrobage de caramel" o "crème caramel"
Here is the complete sentence:

"Cobertura de caramelo: Se utiliza para bañar caramelos o realizar caramelos y bombones. La cobertura de caramelo es una mezcla de azúcar, leche en polvo, mantequilla vegetal y aromatizantes, incluyendo cacao. Se presenta en una gran variedad de colores. La cobertura blanca se puede teñir del color deseado usando tinte alimentario. Resulta muy fácil hacer bombones de cobertura de caramelo y se puede encontrar en pastelerías o tiendas especializadas."
