Llegando el vencimiento de la obligación de pago, ésta no se realizara, el Vendedor ***requerirá*** al Cliente para que efectúe el pago, pudiendo suspender la fabricación y entrega de los Productos y de cualesquiera otros pedidos pendientes del Cliente en cuestión, todo ello sin perjuicio de todas las demás acciones que legalmente le correspondan.

Si en el plazo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas a contar desde que el Cliente hubiera sido ***requerido*** al pago, éste no se hubiera realizado, el Vendedor tendrá derecho a resolver el contrato y cualesquiera contratos suscritos por el Cliente con AAAAAA
