Selon Dominique, on traduirait pareil « elevar a escritura pública » et « levantar, extender un acta » (dresser un acte). Je me fais la réflexion suivante : si nuance de sens il n\'y a pas (un expert en la matière pourrait-il confirmer ou infirmer), il existe cependant une nuance de forme !
