En tu documento, creo que el "mi" se refiere al compareciente.... si la frase menciona luego que "firma conmigo el Notario", sino puede que sea el notario. Falta contexto para poder formular un juicio. Sino, te propongo esta traduccion utilizada en el campo legal (ver enlace) Suerte.
