Voir ci-dessous Explanation: Ofendido a aussi le sens de "plaignant ayant subi des coups et blessures", car en espagnol ofender concerne ou le fait d'offenser (comme en français) ou le fait de blesser physiquement. Quant à perjudicado, c'est le "plaignant ayant subi un préjudice" qui peut être physique, moral ou économique (financier, pécuniaire,...). |
