Spanish term or phrase: de adverso il s'agit d'une formule que je retrouve souvent dans ces allégations... Voici quelques exemples: - "De forma que la recusación fue presentada en tiempo y forma, y se pretende, de adverso, que su rechazo fue adecuado, aunque “excepcional”, por considerar el Magistrado recusado que el recusante tenía mala fe." - "Desde luego, no parece que las causas de interés directo, alegadas por los procesados, estuvieran tan descaminadas ni fueran tan fraudulentas como se pretende de adverso." merci d'avance!!
