"fileteadas" wird sonst eher bei Mandeln verwendet (da wäre meine Übersetzung dann "Mandelblättchen" oder "gehobelte Mandeln" . siehe link

neutral  Irene Schlotter, Dipl.-Übers.: Diese Schnittart ist bei Kartoffeln unüblich (außer bei der Zubereitung im Ofen), weil durch die Form der Spalten eine sehr ungleichmäßige Garung erfolgt und die Gefahr besteht, dass die Kartoffelspalten (oder -schnitze) schlicht auseinander fallen.
