Explanation:
Schreibt man ein Gebäude steuerlich ab, steht dessen Restwert auch im Restwertverzeichnis, bei Immobilienfirmen tauchen da sicherlich etliche Gebäude auf. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das "otorgar" sich nur auf die "declaraciones de obra nueva" bezieht, da jeder andere Satzteil mit einem Infinitiv eingeleitet wird - außer den auf "otorgar" folgenden. So könnten die die "manifestaciones de resto" auch an otorgar anschließen und "Erstellen von Restwertverzeichnissen" bedeuten.

Ich hoffe, die Antwort hilft ein Stück weiter.

Explanation:
Schreibt man ein Gebäude steuerlich ab, steht dessen Restwert auch im Restwertverzeichnis, bei Immobilienfirmen tauchen da sicherlich etliche Gebäude auf. Ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das "otorgar" sich nur auf die "declaraciones de obra nueva" bezieht, da jeder andere Satzteil mit einem Infinitiv eingeleitet wird - außer den auf "otorgar" folgenden.
