Dies enthebt gewissermaßen (siehe Katjas Anmerkung) die junta von ihrer Befugnis zur freien Absetzung des consejeros, die ohne Erfordernis eines berechtigten Grundes erfolgen kann, da er, auch wenn er aus diesem Amt ausscheidet, weiterhin über weitreichende Befugnisse ....
