El presente documento que otorga la fe pública del acto de creación. La existencia y la titularidad originaria en esta fecha de la obra descrita, sólo consituiría prueba de primera vista ante cualquier litigio respecto a la autoría y explotación de la misma.

Ist der erste Punkt nicht falsch? Wobei wäre es ein Typo hätten sie ja nicht groß weitergeschrieben danach. Aber wenn es kein Tippfehler ist, dann frage ich mich, worauf sich der "que-Satz" beziehen soll.

Irgendwie bekomme ich in diesen Satz bzw. diese beiden Sätze keinen Sinn rein, habe irgendwie einen Knoten im Gewinde :-)
