bienes, derechos y acciones Explanation: Die Formel wird vor allem in s p a n i s c h e n Testamenten häufig verwendet. Ihre drei Elemente sind m.E. die drei denkbaren Arten von Vermögensgegenständen, nämlich BIENES muebles oder inmuebles, s. Art. 333 Código Civil, DERECHOS reales als absolute oder dingliche Rechte (z.B. Eigentum etc., vgl. Art. 1940 Código Civil) und ACCIONES als Ansprüche gegenüber Personen (vgl. Art. 1961 ff. Código Civil). Eine entsprechende Übersetzung wäre "Sachen, Rechte und (Rechts-)Ansprüche". Also eigentlich doch nur saubere juristische Arbeit. |
