En junio 2006 recibimos una carta donde nos decía que no recibía las rentas como antes, estuvimos pagando rentas con tres meses de retraso, porque desde el 2002, **no tenemos garantías** con los touroperadores.
Antes solíamos cobrar el 100% de garantía un mes antes de llegar los clientes, pero ahora tenemos que esperar a que nos paguen facturas sueltas, y a veces están hasta tres meses para pagarnos.

El año pasado 2006, pagamos 5 rentas completas, no se pudo pagar mas, porque desde abril 2006 hasta octubre 2006, la ocupación de verano fue fatal, solo daba para pagar el personal y a los proveedores les pagamos cada tres meses.
