hava nohav et elohim

= let us love God (your original phrase is in Spanish).

HAva = let

noHAV = we will love

et = direct object marker (doesn't exist in English)

eloHIM = God

You can also say
for God.

In Hebrew characters:
have nohav et elohim =
הבה נאהב את אלוהים

Of course, the syntax is different in Hebrew.
