Creo que la frase no está bien escrita en español y es la siguiente:
*Las pagas base* se realizan de acuerdo a las categorías presentes para los trabajadores en la empresa...
*Las pagas base mensuales* para las categorías xxx son: xxx euros.

Pienso que quien escribió la frase mezcló la forma italiana con la expresión en español. Necesitaría saber a qué se refiere. ¿Se trata de salario mínimo, pagos básicos?

Hice una búsqueda en Italiano y encontré algo así como "pagamenti di base", pero no estoy muy segura si es correcto .

La paga base o minimo contrattuale, consiste nel trattamento economico minimo che ogni contratto di categoria riconosce ad ogni lavoratore ad un certo livello di inquadramento. Questo elemento, in generale, e' soggetto a revisioni con la medesima cadenza dei rinnovi contrattuali: negli ultimi anni, stante l'attuale situazione di ristagno dell'economia,la revisione della paga base e' stata suddivisa in due o piu' tranche.
