Explanation:
Il problema è proprio come distinguere "folio" da "hoja". Mi pare chiaro che qui il "folio" sia una misura più grande della "hoja".

Infatti lascerei "foglio" per "hoja", ma rimane il problema del "folio".

Se non sbaglio il Folio è l'unione di due "Hojas", in questi casi. Apri il tomo, le due pagine aperte formano il "folio", e ognuna delle due pagine sono le "hojas".

Se proprio dovessi tradurre questi termini, direi "foglio" per "folio" e "pagina" per "hoja".
