de todas maneras, nunca he visto/oído/leído que porro sea "spino", pero sí "spinello"

agree  Emiliano Pantoja: Perdona, me ha parecido bien tu respuesta (de hecho era lo que me ha venido en mente), solamente que pondría "pezzetto" en vez de "pezzettino". Desde luego "cartina" no es que corresponde al papel de fumar
