Aqui va el contexto:

...no todos los alumnos participan de la misma manera, algunos dejan que otros completen las tareas del grupo, creando un efecto de "polizón" (Kerr y Bruñi, 1981), que hace que los integrantes individuales del grupo realicen cada vez menos esfuerzos, y avancen con el trabajo colectivo.

Una pregunta: ¿cómo traducirían la palabra "polizón" al portugués?

Asker: Lo que pasa es que, en realidad, el término "polizón" tiene que ver con el alumno que "se cuelga" del trabajo del que si trabaja. El que saca provecho sin hacer nada, escondido o algo así.
