Хотя это совсем не очевидно. Формулировка эта встречается в Гугле, но очень немного, и контексты там гораздо более ясные.

Здесь могло бы быть "...которые являются прямым нарушением, направленным единственно и исключительно на право ... собственности ..." Тогда все по смыслу (хотя и не грамматически) относится к "нарушению" - и "прямо", и "единственно" и "исключительно".
