El ruso es mi idioma nativo. "Clausulas del contrato" pueden ser "Usloviya kontrakta (dogovora)". Por supuesto existe el término "dopolnitel'nye usloviya", pero tiene un poco otro significado, es más estricto que "dopolnitel'nye punkty".
Un ejemplo del uso de "dop.usloviya":
Примечание. В установленных случаях, когда договор по соглашению
сторон заключается на основе лимитной цены (являющейся предельной на
работу в целом) и цены на первый этап работы, порядок и сроки
согласования цен на последующие этапы и работу в целом определяются
сторонами в дополнительных условиях договора. (¡порядок и сроки

Un ejemplo del uso de "dop. punkty": Дополнительный пункт договора звучит так: "Все споры, которые могут возникнуть из вышеуказанного договора или по поводу этого договора, будут
рассматриваться... (http://alyona.nns.ru/archive/banks/1996/09/12/26.html)
No es "usloviye", sino no más que un "dopolnitel'niy punkt". El primer ejemplo también puede ser "punkt". Además, si se trata de un Contrato de trabajo, "dopolnitel'nye usloviya" pueden ser sinónomo de "usloviya raboty (truda)".
